Comments: This was initially built up as with 26″ wheels, but I had a change of heart and had Circle A Cycles do a 650B conversion. They also painted the bike Fat Chance Team Violet as well as fabricated a gorgeous fillet-brazed stem. It handles like a dream!

Thanks folks! Tony, those are Nuke Proof Twist Tight skewers from the mid-1990s. I really like them and have another set on my 1994 Rhygin Ra. I like throwing a little bit of the “vintage” with the new.
