Most bike geeks have a favorite shop or two where their pals work and where they walk in and hear their name called out like Norm on Cheers. I frequent a few around where I live and they are all good shops. I would trust any one of them to work on one of my bikes, but luckily I don’t have to. Well, maybe if the job is waaay outside of the skills I possess.

So Liz and I have moved into our new place and we picked up a garage for half price (Thanks Marie for the hook up) and while most of our “decorations” are stored there I was able to sort out a few spots for a mini shop until we get a house with a proper garage or basement…or if I keep it up a shed in the back yard! So not all of the tools are out, not a ton of space, not the full surround system that makes up a garage-ma-hall, yet it is a great space for me right now!

So before I begin the newest build, maybe a trip around the space…a very short trip!

Some hanging essentials, a book case, and rags.

Nice little wall and shelves for stuff and a great place to hang a scale.

A pic I found of Liz’s parents! Doc, I know you are reading! Feel the Love!
