This weekend is the OVCX hits the big UCI weekend with a crazy spectacle of racing in the mud and slop. One of my best mates Mike is on the scene and riding almost every day. His report today was excellent with a decent finish in the top 50% of the class a first for him, congrats pal!
His report was straight forward and simple. “Lots of mud, sucked out the energy, survived, but happy.”
What else can be said for a good cross race. Terrible and awesome all at once. If he ever gets the damn pictures uploaded and sent to me I will post them. Until then, Good luck pal and to my other best mate D-Ling, hope Sat/Sun sees you on the podium!
One other shout out is to a great guy, Tom Mulpagano…this cat is fo-rizzle. He is a big time bad-ass on the bike and knows how to motivate a lazy partner. Check out his blog and learn a bit more.
